The original location for Delaware Provision Company opened in 1976 as a wholesale supplier. In 2000, when Mr. Hayes acquired the company, he worked hard on transforming it into a full-service catering company. Not only that, but he is proud to call it a family business, working alongside members of his family to bring about delicious food and service. The Delaware food scene has never been the same since.

The Delaware Provision Company is proud to serve homemade Polish kielbasas and a wide range of food to accompany any special event.

New dishes to both the original location and the new location, Delaware Provisions South, include a variety of special infused sausages, such as pork broccoli rabe with extra sharp provolone, chicken cordon blue sausage, chicken pineapple bacon and many more!
